Dages Keates is a professional dancer and choreographer. She received her BA from Bard College, attended Interlochen Arts Academy, and performs dance theater works spanning musicals, contemporary ballet, and the avant-garde.  Dages has five years of experience teaching individuals, workshops and retreats nationally and internationally.

Dages is also a board-certified Holistic Health Counselor, AADP. She graduated from the advanced training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, which is certified in Integrative Nutrition by Columbia University’s Teachers College. She studied with nutrition and health experts spanning traditional approaches from the east to cutting-edge methodologies from the west. Dages is the founder and director of Delicious Dialogues, developed to inspire, educate, and support individuals who aspire to live life to the fullest and achieve optimum wellbeing. She takes pride in crafting programs for individuals and groups to encourage and support them in reaching and maintaining their life and health goals.
